The RSRV Blanc de Blancs 2015 champagne is a vintage champagne produced from 100% Chardonnay, from Cramant, on the Côte des Blancs. This terroir, acquired by Maison Mumm in 1882, benefits from ideal climatic conditions and chalky soil, which bring a unique freshness to the delicacy of the Chardonnay. Aged for at least three years in the cellar and lightly dosed at 6 grams per liter, this blanc de blancs champagne produced in limited quantities is ready to be tasted. The specific shape of its bottle with a thin neck favors the evolution and conservation of this champagne. Visually, this champagne is clear and bright, with green and pale yellow reflections, and light and delicate bubbles. On the nose, it reveals aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, lemon meringue pie and white peach. On the palate, the attack is incisive, offering great freshness, a beautiful length and a marked minerality. Since their creation in 1838, the exceptional champagnes of Maison Mumm, reserved for a select circle, illustrate the excellence of its terroir and its know-how. Faithful to this heritage, the RSRV collection brings together five 100% Grand Cru vintages, including the RSRV Blanc de Blancs 2015, appreciated for its purity, freshness and the finesse of its bubbles.
