The Fleur de l'Europe Nature cuvée is the fruit of the excellence of the Fleury house. This dynamic and fresh organic champagne reveals the very essence of the house's know-how. In 1970, the Fleury house courageously embarked on the path of biodynamics, well before this practice became fashionable. Today, this innovative vision is fully realized with an Organic Agriculture (AB) and Demeter certification covering its entire 15 hectares of vineyard. The marriage of the Pinot Noir (85%) and Chardonnay (15%) grape varieties constitutes the heart of this cuvée. The Pinot Noir brings its structure and richness, while the Chardonnay balances the whole with a welcome touch of freshness. The grapes, harvested from vines around 25 years old in the prestigious Côte des Bar, are subjected to meticulous vinification. Three-quarters of the wine is aged in enamelled vats to preserve its liveliness, while the remaining quarter is aged in oak barrels to enrich the bouquet with round and gourmet notes, such as honey and vanilla. This cuvée stands out as a Brut Nature , a non-dosed champagne that fully allows the terroir and character of the grapes to express themselves. With a yellow colour with golden highlights, its fine effervescence announces a refined sensory experience.
