The Maison Brice's Cuvée Héritage Ep Nature is a brut nature champagne produced by Christophe Constant. This prestigious cuvée is an edition whose production is limited in small quantities. This unique champagne of unrivaled quality faithfully reflects the terroir and the know-how of Maison Brice. Brice's Ep Héritage Nature champagne is distinguished by a meticulous blend of two emblematic grape varieties. It is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. The Pinot Noir used in the production of this cuvée comes from the vineyards of Bouzy, Loches-sur-Ource and Noé-Les-Mallets. For the Chardonnay, it comes from the terroir of Grauves, a renowned village on the Côte des Blancs. To give the Cuvée Héritage Nature its unique character, the wines are aged entirely in stainless steel vats, thus preserving great liveliness. Malolactic fermentation has not been carried out, which allows all the mineral tension of the champagne to be preserved. The absence of dosage reveals all the nuances of the champagne, without mask or artifice. Héritage Nature is distinguished by its elegance and freshness. EP (Elevage Prolongé) is the refined version of Héritage. More gastronomic, with a tapered texture, EP gains in length and salinity, without sacrificing this generous fruit which is expressed brilliantly in a non-dosed version. This champagne is ideal to accompany a refined aperitif, offering a pure and authentic taste experience. To appreciate this champagne, it is served at a temperature of 9°C.
