Unisson Grand Cru is the result of the harmonious blend of two years of complementary harvests, offering a style that is both warm and consensual. This prestigious white champagne of whites is one of the House's emblematic vintages. Composed exclusively of Chardonnay from the Grand Cru terroir of Avize, this vintage brings together the harvests of 2016 and 2017. Vinified and aged in stainless steel vats, it also underwent malolactic fermentation. The dosage of this champagne is extra-brut, less than 6 gr/L. Its aromatic bouquet is remarkable, revealing evolved notes of brioche, butter and fresh almond, which blend harmoniously with the freshness of the Chardonnays of Avize. A beautiful smoothness envelops these aromas, making them vibrate in perfect harmony. This balance is found on the palate, offering an elegant and refined tasting, perfect for a moment of sharing and conviviality. This champagne is ideal for an aperitif, served at a temperature of 9°C. It has been awarded a score of 90/100 Gault & Millau.

THE BRAND
The history of theFranck Bonville Champagne housebegins with its founder, Alfred Bonville, in the year 1900. Living in Oger, he began looking for plots of land to plant vines, a bold challenge at a time still marked by the fresh memory of the phylloxera crisis. He chose the Avisé terroir, located a few hours' journey on horseback from his home. In the 1930s, Alfred joined forces with his son Franck. Together, they acquired a winegrower's house in 1937. It was located in the heart of the village, equipped with a press, a cellar and barrels. Despite the economic difficulties of the time, they persevered in their commitment to viticulture. At the end of the war, the Bonville Père et Fils Champagne house launched its own vintages and saw its vineyard expand. In the 1960s, the company acquired tractors, marking a new era in local viticulture. In 1970, Domaine Franck Bonville modernized its winery by replacing the tuns with steel vats, then with stainless steel vats at the end of the 20th century. Olivier Bonville joined the operation in 1996, after having acquired valuable experience in various Corsican and German vineyards.
