The Cuvée Héritage Rosé from Maison Brice is a rosé champagne focused on fruit and freshness, ideal to accompany an aperitif or a refined dessert. This blended rosé, made with the addition of red wine, comes from the vineyards of Bouzy, famous for its red wines. The red wine is integrated into the blend of the Cuvée Héritage, composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. The Pinot Noirs come from the terroirs of Bouzy and Loches-sur-Ource, while the Chardonnay comes from Grauves, a renowned village on the Côte des Blancs. Under the direction of cellar master Christophe Constant, this rosé champagne is vinified and aged in stainless steel vats to preserve great freshness. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out, which maintains increased mineral tension. The Extra Brut dosage (5g/l) highlights the aromatic and deliciousness of this rosé. With an elegant powdery pink color and fine bubbles, the Héritage Rosé cuvée seduces on the nose with its delicate notes of red fruits and a floral touch. On the palate, the attack is fresh and tense, almost chalky, followed by the notes of red fruits perceived on the nose. The finish is long and slightly saline, adding to the complexity of the champagne. This rosé champagne pairs perfectly with red fruit desserts, but also with lobster or summer salads, offering a refined and refreshing taste experience. Serving temperature: 9°C. This cuvée received a magnificent score of 16 / 20 Gault & Millau.
