The Maison Brice Heritage cuvée is a champagne that is both vibrant and taut, also offering a generous presence on the palate. Ideal for an aperitif, this cuvée seduces with its freshness and delicacy. Perfectly reflecting the terroir of Maison Brice, this extra brut champagne combines 70% Pinot Noir from the terroirs of Bouzy and Loches-sur-Ource with 30% Chardonnay from the terroir of Grauves, a renowned village on the Côte des Blancs. To preserve its liveliness, the champagnes are aged entirely in stainless steel vats and malolactic fermentation has not been carried out. A method that thus allows all the mineral tension of the champagne to be preserved. The dosage is Extra Brut (5g/l), subtly highlighting the aromatics of the Pinot Noirs from Bouzy and the delicacy of the Chardonnays from Grauves. Developed by Christophe Constant, cellar master of Maison Brice, this cuvée has a pretty golden color. On the nose, it reveals beautiful notes of ripe yellow fruits, accompanied by gourmet touches of honey and dried fruits. On the palate, the Héritage cuvée begins with a frank attack, followed by a generous presence in the middle of the mouth, filling the palate with a beautiful volume of fruits. This cuvée is a perfect choice for a successful aperitif, combining freshness and generosity. To better appreciate it, this champagne is served at 10°C. For its quality, the Héritage de Brice champagne has been awarded a guide score: 16 / 20 Gault & Millau.
