The Bollinger PN cuvée becomes a new reference in the permanent range of the House. The nose delivers notes of candied citrus fruits, honey, almond paste and blood orange with a hint of sweet spices. The palate is rich and subtle with a beautiful amplitude with a finish of candied citrus fruits which enhances the freshness of this champagne. This edition of BOLLINGER has a maturation time in the cellar more than twice as long as the rules of the Appellation. Its dosage is moderate, 6 grams per liter.
