The Champagne Cordon Bleu Extra-Brut from Maison De Venoge presents a composition dominated by Pinot Noir, which represents 50% of its blend. A composition offering a beautiful roundness and a characteristic vinosity. The 25% of Pinot Meunier and the 25% of Chardonnay complete this harmony. After four years of maturation, this cuvée offers an entry into the subject of remarkable freshness. On the palate, the taste buds are enchanted by nuances of white-fleshed fruits, lemon and vine peach, revealing a surprising richness. This extra-brut champagne from De Venoge is presented as the aperitif par excellence, but will also sublimate seafood. It perfectly embodies the style and elegance characteristic of Maison de Venoge. THE BRAND
Founded in 1837 in Épernay by the Swiss Henry-Marc de Venoge, the Maison De Venoge occupies a privileged position in the Champagne panorama. Attached to its rich heritage and the quality of its products, it counts among its treasures the Louis XV cuvée, reserved for great years. Its name evokes the Order of May 25, 1728, signed by King Louis XV, which marked a turning point in the wine history of France by legitimizing the birth of champagne. Yvonne De Venoge, the last heir of the line, was born in 1869. She married the Marquis Adrien de Mun, a shrewd communications man, who propelled the brand in Paris to the heart of society's elite. The Maison De Venoge carries the legacy of a great dynasty. Once prized by illustrious figures such as Sarah Bernhardt and the Countess of Ségur, its champagne has since continued to garner numerous awards, confirming its exceptional quality.
