BESSERAT DE BELLEFON Blanc de Blancs is a blanc de blancs champagne made from 100% chardonnay. This is the Haute Couture cuvée of the House. This brut champagne has been produced using a unique process since 1930. Maison Besserat de Bellefon uses less tirage liqueur, which results in a lighter and airier foam. Its foam is smooth, creamy and persistent. The Blanc de Blancs has the particularity of not having undergone malolactic fermentation. It goes perfectly with a carpaccio of scallops with white truffle oil, Breton lobster à la plancha. Its dosage is moderate 6 grams per liter. Serving temperature between 8 and 10°.
"Sculpted in the rock of its soil, the great White BB offers a magnificent creamy cordon of great precision. The nose is intense, mineral and iodized where the fresh citrus notes blend admirably with the floral notes (honeysuckle, acacia). The palate is structured, finely chiseled, of great breadth. Lemons and citrus fruits announce in transparency the elegance in its pure state". Cédric Thiébault Cellar Master, Champagne Besserat de Bellefon
