Nose : Floral and refined, it reveals aromas of rose and acacia flowers. When aerated, citrus fruits (orange-mandarin), cinnamon, some notes of dried flowers, roasted coffee and a hint of toast reveal a beautiful maturity.
Palate : The attack on the palate is fresh and creamy, well balanced with a nice floral and honeyed return. The finish is soft and elegant.

The history of the Maison de Champagne Haton dates back to 1610, during the reign of Louis XIII, when François Haton acquired his first plots of vines in Damery. This acquisition marked the beginning of a winemaking adventure that continues to this day. In 1928, under the direction of Octave Haton, the Haton family injected new energy into the family business by launching into the vinification of its own champagnes. This moment marked a decisive turning point in the history of the Maison Haton, which firmly committed itself to the production of quality sparkling wines. Proud of its roots firmly established in Champagne, the Haton family symbolises nearly four centuries of Champagne history. Over the years, it has been able to pass on its know-how and its attachment to the terroir, allowing the Maison Haton to stand out among the most respected champagne producers.
