The Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 1er Cru by Jean-Paul Hébrart is an elegant and precise blanc de blancs champagne (100% chardonnay), ideal for an aperitif. In its Extra Brut version, dosed at 4 gr/L, this cuvée offers increased purity and tension. Made from chardonnays from the grands crus terroirs of Chouilly and Oiry, as well as the premier cru of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, this Blanc de Blancs presents a perfect balance between indulgence and finesse. This specificity is partly due to the average age of the vines, which is 38 years. For several years, the Marc Hébrart house has practiced sustainable viticulture. It vinifies the wines in vats with reduced capacities. This allows to preserve the personality of each vine and each terroir. To appreciate it, this champagne should be served at a temperature of 8°C.
