The cuvée Les Vignes de mon Village is produced by Cédric Moussé. This excellentchampagne is a blend of great years composed of 100% Meunier. Les vignes de mon Village, created to be an exceptional cuvée accessible to all, pays tribute to Jean-Marc Moussé, Cédric's father and mayor of his village for 25 years, passionate about the Meunier grape variety. This brut nature champagne is made exclusively from Meunier from Cuisles, a commune in the Marne Valley. The subsoils of this village have a unique stratification: 20 cm of clayey topsoil, 40 cm of highly draining clayey sand, 30 cm of green clay, and calcareous marl, ensuring an excellent water reserve. The micro-vinification is carried out in reduction in small stainless steel containers, with filtration on fine earth without fining. Bottling and aging for 24 months are done under cork, and the champagne is not dosed in order to preserve its exceptional aromas and the freshness of the terroir. The cuvée Les Vignes de mon Village is a gastronomic champagne par excellence. When tasting, it should not be decanted. It is served in white wine glasses 5 minutes before tasting for gentle oxygenation. It will go perfectly with aperitifs to cheese. Serving temperature: 10°C.
