The 2009 RSRV Blanc de Noirs cuvée is a vintage champagne produced exclusively from Pinot Noir from Verzenay. It is a Grand Cru located north of the Montagne de Reims. This terroir, known for its typicity and minerality, produces a frank and powerful Pinot Noir, giving this cuvée its elegance and complexity. After a minimum aging of six years in cellars and a low dosage of 6 grams per liter, the structure and aromatic richness of this brut champagne are fully revealed. Thanks to the unique shape of the bottle with a thin neck, the development and conservation of this champagne is optimal. To the eye, it has a yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, the 2009 RSRV Blanc de Noirs reveals toasted and smoky notes, complemented by aromas of vanilla, pear marmalade and butter croissant. On the palate, the attack is frank, thanks to the structure and power of the Pinot Noir, and ends with a certain tension. The RSRV Blanc de Noirs 2009 is a champagne of character, distinguished by its elegance and aromatic complexity.
