DEUTZ La Côte Glacière 2015 is an innovative new creation inspired by the illustrious Hommage à William Deutz cuvée launched in 2010. Under the enlightened direction of Michel Davesne, cellar master of Maison Deutz, this exceptional cuvée is born thanks to a separate vinification of the two plots that compose it: La Côte Glacière and Les Meurtets, two names evocative of their terroirs of origin, nestled in Aÿ. The Pinot Noir plot, La Côte Glacière, fifty years old, flourishes on a steep slope, benefiting from an ideal exposure that gives its grapes an incomparable generosity. Vinified in vats and dosed as Brut, thisBlanc de Noirs champagne has patiently refined its aromatic bouquet in the cellar for almost seven years. The result is an opulent and exquisite cuvée. Perfectly paired with grilled lobster, tuna carpaccio, partridge pastilla or some soft cheeses, the 2015 La Côte Glacière cuvée promises an unforgettable taste experience. Serving temperature: 11°C.
