The 2015 Grand Millésime Champagne from Maison Gosset stands out as the third vintage with a predominance of Pinot Noir, after the 1990 and 2006 editions. The selected Pinot Noirs (59%) offer a delicate freshness while the Chardonnays, representing 41% of the blend, bring an aromatic liveliness. Thanks to a dosage of 4 g/l, this subtle balance between freshness, fruitiness and vinosity is preserved without altering the personality or purity of this extra-brut champagne . On the nose, a fruity and tangy symphony blends with pastry notes and the freshness of the fruits. On the palate, an exquisite liveliness around fresh fruits unfolds, concluding on a frank, mineral and salty finish. This gourmet and generously vinous cuvée is deliberately deprived of malolactic fermentation, thus preserving the natural fruity character of the champagne and ensuring its optimal conservation. It was awarded with beautiful scores of 96/100 Bettane & Desseauve, 90/100 Gault & Millau and 91/100 Revue du Vin de France. The 2015 Grand Millésime champagne from Maison GOSSET is the ideal accompaniment to spicy dishes such as lamb tagine with preserved lemons, roasted prawns, or even some desserts like rhubarb tart. Serving temperature: 11°C.
