The Grand Rosé cuvée from Maison Gosset embodies a subtle fusion between Chardonnay (56%) and Pinot Noir Grand Cru (35%). The blend is enhanced with a touch of red wine from Bouzy and Ambonnay (9%). The use of reserve wines, aged for an average of 2 years, guarantees this Champagne Rosé a consistent quality while preserving its fruity character, suppleness and balance. This rosé stands out for its originality, since it is mainly made from white grapes, namely Chardonnay. It is dosed at 8 g/l. With a salmon-pink rose petal color, sustained, bright and clear, the Grand Rosé from Gosset attracts the eye with its elegance. On the nose, notes of small red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry, morello cherry), typical of Pinot Noir, are delicately revealed. On the palate, a clean and vinous attack precedes the blossoming of aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant) enhanced with a touch of spices (cinnamon). The Grand Rosé de Gosset offers a fresh and lively palate, concluding with a delicate finish that pleasantly prolongs the taste experience.
