Palme & Co Rosé Solera is a remarkable cuvée that perfectly illustrates the house’s expertise in red wine vinification. This rosé champagne is distinguished by its intense notes of wild strawberry, blackcurrant, redcurrant and spices, offering a rich and complex sensory experience. Palmer & Co Rosé Solera is the result of a meticulous blend. The blend contains 35% reserve wine, the three Champagne grape varieties (45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier), and 8% solera of red wine aged in oak barrels. This unique combination brings delicate notes of vanilla and cinnamon that are revealed on the palate. The nose, meanwhile, exudes captivating aromas of wild strawberry, accompanied by lively notes of redcurrant and blackcurrant. This champagne, aged on lees for three years and dosed at 7 g/L, is fine and rich on the palate. Rosé Solera is ideal to be enjoyed now, whether as an aperitif or with a fruit dessert, bringing an elegant and refined touch to each tasting moment. Serving temperature: 10°C.
