DEUTZ Brut Classic embodies the essence of the Deutz house. This brut champagne is the result of the meticulous blending of several harvests, where each year, a variable proportion of reserve wine (from 20 to 40%) is integrated into the cuvée. This ensures the consistency, complexity and characteristic style of the House. This champagne is composed of one third Pinot Noir, one third Chardonnay and one third Pinot Meunier. It draws its harmony from the exceptional quality of the grapes (classified at 97% on the cru scale). Also from a rigorous selection of terroirs (20 to 30 crus are blended), all from the Marne region. At first glance, Deutz Brut Classic stands out with its golden color and remarkably fine bubbles. On the nose, its aromatic bouquet unfolds with intensity, mixing delicate floral notes such as hawthorn and white flowers, followed by aromas of toast, almond paste and ripe fruits such as apple and pear. On the palate, this champagne combines the freshness of Chardonnay, the creamy richness of Pinot and an elegant vinosity. The flavors harmonize perfectly, the texture is silky and the aromas perfectly balanced. The tasting ends on a persistent fruity note, prolonging the pleasure of this unique taste experience. The Brut Classic is served at a temperature of 9°C, it is perfect as an aperitif. It is presented here in a 150cl magnum format.
