RUINART R de Ruinart is the result of a clever blend of Pinot Noir (40 to 45%), Meunier (10 to 15%) and the freshness of Chardonnay (40%). Coming from 40 to 50 different vintages, they come from the terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The R de Ruinart champagne is distinguished by its golden, lively and fruity character. This brut champagne reveals subtle aromas of white-fleshed fruits, making it an excellent aperitif and an ideal companion for an all-champagne meal. Its bright and clear color, with yellow and golden highlights, immediately catches the eye. Its sustained effervescence, with a very present bead and lively and fine bubbles, adds to its visual charm. On the nose, the R de Ruinart is fresh and fruity, dominated by notes of pear and touches of dried fruits such as hazelnut and almond. There are also notes of white flowers such as acacia, hawthorn and wild rose, as well as a touch of brioche and slightly butter. On the palate, the attack is lively and refreshing. This balanced champagne is both round and fleshy, offering aromas of ripe fruits such as greengage and white peach. The finish is beautifully persistent, leaving a lasting and pleasant impression. To appreciate the full potential of this champagne, it should be served at a temperature of 8°C.
