The Cuvée Réserve from Maison Jean-Noël HATON is the result of a meticulous blend, composed of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. After aging for at least 3 years, this champagne is distinguished by its fine and abundant bubbles. The nose reveals delicate aromas of white peaches, citrus fruits and orange blossom, followed by subtle nuances of hazelnuts and sweet spices. On the palate, a full and generous sensation delights the taste buds. A return to grace on notes of fresh fruit reveals all the complexity of this cuvée which persists in the finish with great remanence. Thanks to its balanced blend, this cuvée embodies the excellence of the House's know-how, filling aperitif moments and elegantly sublimating fine meals. The quality of the Cuvée Réserve earned it a fine score of 91/100 Wine Spectator, a Bronze Medal from International Wine & Spirit, 89/100 WineEnthusiat and a recommendation from Decanter.

THE BRAND

The history of the Maison de Champagne Haton dates back to 1610, during the reign of Louis XIII, when François Haton acquired his first plots of vines in Damery. This acquisition marked the beginning of a winemaking adventure that continues to this day. In 1928, under the direction of Octave Haton, the Haton family injected new energy into the family business by launching into the vinification of its own champagnes. This moment marked a decisive turning point in the history of the Maison Haton, which firmly committed itself to the production of quality sparkling wines. Proud of its roots firmly established in Champagne, the Haton family symbolises nearly four centuries of Champagne history. Over the years, it has been able to pass on its know-how and its attachment to the terroir, allowing the Maison Haton to stand out among the most respected champagne producers.
