THE BRAND
The history of the Maison de Champagne Haton dates back to 1610, during the reign of Louis XIII, when François Haton acquired his first plots of vines in Damery. This acquisition marked the beginning of a winemaking adventure that continues to this day. In 1928, under the direction of Octave Haton, the Haton family injected new energy into the family business by launching into the vinification of its own champagnes. This moment marked a decisive turning point in the history of the Maison Haton, which firmly committed itself to the production of quality sparkling wines. Proud of its roots firmly established in Champagne, the Haton family symbolises nearly four centuries of Champagne history.
