The Blanc de Blancs cuvée from Palmer & Co is a blanc de blancs champagne (100% chardonnay) resulting from the magnificent terroirs classified as Premiers Crus of Villers-Marmery and Trépail. It is the perfect representation of elegance and liveliness. These Premiers Crus from the Montagne de Reims, renowned for their finesse and freshness, are harmoniously blended with the delicately fruity chardonnays from the Côte de Sézanne. Dosed at 7 g/L and aged on lees for 4 years, this brut champagne has great clarity. Ideal for a refined tasting, this Blanc de Blancs expresses itself with panache during an aperitif dinner. With a pale golden color with sparkling gold highlights, its bubbles are fine and regular. On the nose, it offers very gourmet and fresh aromas reminiscent of brioche, enhanced by fresher and mineral notes with a touch of citrus and chalk. On the palate, this vintage is very pleasant with a nice roundness on the attack, followed by citrus aromas, including peel, bringing a very pleasant freshness. To fully appreciate its nuances, this champagne should be served at a temperature between 9° and 10°C.
