Henriot Millésime 2014 is a vintage champagne that embodies the interpretation of a particular year, reflecting the characteristic terroirs according to the House. Each vintage is thus a unique creation, with a specific selection of wines in the blend and a distinct aromatic expression. This cuvée is composed of equal parts 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. After eight years of aging and a dosage of 5 g/l, it fully reveals all its aromas. The aromatic expression of this vintage is both intense and captivating, while being of extraordinary finesse and elegance. A strength of character is emerging, powerful and virile, but with restraint and humility. The aromatic register is fresh, floral, vanilla and gourmet. On the palate, the structure is solid and well-defined. The tannins settle in durably after tasting. The freshness persists throughout the experience, ending with a delicate bitter touch.
