The Vintage 2015 cuvée from Maison Thiénot perfectly embodies the subtle balance between richness and finesse, a reflection of the great years, while respecting the distinctive style of the House. This vintage champagne is a harmonious blend of 30% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier. The vinification and maturation take place entirely in stainless steel vats, thus preserving the freshness and energy of the champagne. After this stage, the Vintage 2015 rested for 7 years in the cellars of the house in Reims, protected from light and temperature variations, allowing the champagne to fully blossom. To the eye, this champagne has a straw-colored color with delicate golden highlights. The nose is very expressive, revealing notes of orchard fruits, notably apple and ripe pear. On the palate, it offers a fresh and fleshy sensation, taking up the aromas detected on the nose and opening up with nuances of bergamot. This Vintage 2015 pairs wonderfully with a chicken in cream sauce or a rib of beef accompanied by aubergines, making each tasting an exceptional gastronomic experience. To fully appreciate it, this brut champagne should be served at a temperature of 9°C. Perfectly representing the style that characterizes the House, this champagne has obtained 92 / 100 Gault & Millau.
