Founded in 1825, Maison Joseph Perrier is based in Châlons-en-Champagne, in the heart of the prestigious Champagne wine region. Benefiting from the region's characteristic chalky soils and ideal sunshine, its vineyards are the perfect breeding ground for the production of exceptional wines. This winemaking tradition has been passed down from generation to generation, with four cellar masters succeeding one another since Léon Dervin in 1943. They have carefully preserved and passed on their know-how, jealously guarding the secrets of Joseph Perrier's distinctive style within the family. This continuity of transmission ensures exceptional quality in each vintage produced. The famous Cuvées Royales, recalling the loyalty of Queen Victoria and King Edward VII to the house, are a living testimony to this prestigious winemaking heritage. The Dervin saga continues to unfold today, with the arrival of Jérôme Dervin, great-grandson of Léon Dervin and son of Claude Dervin, cellar master of Maison Joseph Perrier for nearly 30 years. Aged 37, Jérôme already has an impressive career in the world of champagne. After training in Avize, he gained valuable experience working in several renowned houses in Reims, Épernay and Dizy.
