A. BERGÈRE Origine Brut is a fruity and elegant brut champagne , perfect for an aperitif. This champagne is made from a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. This blend also includes grapes from the terroirs of Fèrebrianges, Étoges and Congy in the Petit Morin Valley. These terroirs are characterized by limestone, sandy and clayey soils, giving the champagne great richness and finesse. Dosed Brut, the Origine A. Bergère cuvée has a luminous color dotted with fine and lively bubbles. On the nose, it reveals aromas of fruits such as white peach and nectarine. On the palate, the attack is frank, followed by a creamy and elegant texture. The mid-palate remains very fresh and ends on a tense finish. To best appreciate the elegance and finesse of this champagne from the house of A. Bergère, it should be served at a temperature of 9°C.

THE BRAND

In the 1950s, Albert Bergère began creating his own champagne house by developing the vines inherited from his family. Thanks to his hard work and consistency, success soon followed. In the 1980s, his son André took over the reins of the company and, with the support of his wife Brigitte, began expanding the estate. Their determination and strategic vision have enabled the estate to acquire a wine heritage that is almost unrivaled in the Champagne region. After a long history of working with major champagne brands, this vineyard is now run by Adrien. He is a wine enthusiast and a fine technician, with an exceptional range of skills to create his own champagnes. This family embodies the hard-working, pragmatic, talented and open spirit of Champagne. The estate also opens up to other ancillary activities such as wine tourism and catering. It adopts a selective approach to distribution, thus demonstrating its rise to international success. Champagne naturally occupies a central place in the project. Each year, the range is enriched, offering a variety that will appeal to both lovers of simple pleasures and the most demanding. In a context where the premiumization of champagne is constantly evolving, the noble objective remains to satisfy a wide audience while focusing on excellence.
