The Cuvée Royale Blanc de Blancs from Maison Joseph Perrier is a particularly seductive blanc de blancs champagne to be enjoyed as an aperitif. Made from Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs, the Bassuet region, and the house's historic terroir in Cumières, this cuvée benefits from at least five years of aging in the house's cellars. This brut champagne is distinguished by a very bright, pale yellow color and delicate bubbles. On the nose, it offers notes of white flowers, which then evolve towards more fruity aromas, such as apricot and mirabelle plum. On the palate, the attack is lively, ample and fresh. Beautiful citrus fragrances are present, accompanied by touches of cinnamon, vanilla and biscuits. The finish is very beautiful, ending on a citrus note. To appreciate it, the Cuvée Royale Blanc de Blancs should be served at a temperature of 8°C.
