THE BRAND
For three centuries, Champagne has been synonymous with fine dining, subtlety and inspired savoir-vivre. Brimoncourt is a tribute to these eternal values of Champagne: elegance, independence, sharing and lightness. Based in the historic heart of Champagne in the village of Aÿ, the Champagnes produced by Brimoncourt are the expression of joyful sophistication and relaxed style. Champagne Brimoncourt launched its first non-vintage Champagne on the market in January 2014, the first time the name had appeared on a label since the 1950s. Its headquarters are located in a former printing house, a 19th-century building designed by Gustave Eiffel. Alexandre Cornot took over the house of Champagne Brimoncourt in 2008. Alexandre was born in Reims and his father was an officer in the Air Force. Alexandre followed this military tradition and began a career as a naval officer. However, he feels the urge to indulge his love of art that brought him to Christie’s in New York, but he dreams of other adventures nonetheless. He credits his attention to detail and passion for the pursuit of sophistication as what drew him to Champagne. The world of Champagne is full of long-established brands and it can be difficult to be a newcomer, but Alexandre’s passion and work ethic have propelled the brand to steady expansion both nationally and internationally. He has worked to establish the Brimoncourt name , although it is not entirely new as it was originally a small family business established in Reims in the 19th century before being dissolved in the 1950s. Alexandre Cornot wanted to create champagnes that fit a contemporary lifestyle, stating: “Life is short, so enjoy it in style.” %20-% 202024-03-18T180528-015.png" alt="champagne brimoncourt" width="1350" height="500" style="font-family:roboto, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;" />
