The 747 vintage from Maison Jacquesson , from the 2019 harvest, comes from an abundant harvest, characterized by beautiful maturity and moderate acidity. This Extra-Brut champagne (1.5 gr/l) is composed of 75% from the terroirs of Aÿ, Dizy and Hautvillers, and 25% from those of Avize and Oiry. Part of the famous numbered “700” vintages, recognized for their finesse, purity and incredible aging potential, the 747 vintage is a blend of Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir. On the nose, it reveals notes of citrus and brioche, while its bubbles are very fine and airy. On the palate, it is very elegant, with aromas of white fruits, a slightly woody touch and a marked minerality. The profile of this champagne is fine, taut and complex. Jacquesson Cuvée 747 is ideal for a chic aperitif, accompanied by shellfish, poultry or a tasty sheep's cheese. This champagne, which unites all the Domaine's plots, is offered with two aging options, the second disgorging occurring five years later for a second marketing under the name of Cuvée 700 Dégorgement Tardif.
