Laurent-Perrier "La Cuvée" is a brut champagne distinguished by its great finesse and beautiful freshness, making it an ideal choice for an aperitif. The high percentage of Chardonnay, exceeding 50%, is the cornerstone of Laurent-Perrier's style and personality. Produced from the purest juice of the grape, only the musts of the cuvée are used, representing only 80% of the extraction of grape juice. More than 100 Crus carefully selected by Laurent-Perrier are integrated into its blend. "La Cuvée" is mainly composed of Chardonnay, at more than 50%, accompanied by Pinot Noir, 30 to 35%, and Meunier, 10 to 15%. The reserve wines, representing 15 to 30%, contribute to perpetuating the characteristic style of the House. After a long aging in cellars, approximately 4 years, the champagne reaches perfect maturity. With its pale gold color, dotted with very fine bubbles, Laurent-Perrier "La Cuvée" enchants from the first glance. On the nose, this delicate champagne evokes fresh citrus fruits, white flowers, vine peach and white fruits. On the palate, the balance between freshness and complexity is remarkable. The champagne unfolds with finesse on the palate, offering a fruity finish of a beautiful length. To better appreciate it, “La Cuvée” is served at a temperature of 9°C.
