The Blanc de Noirs cuvée is a reflection of the expertise of the Fleury house. A tribute to indulgence and generosity, this organicBlanc de Noirs champagne represents the very essence of the know-how passed down for generations. In 1970, the Fleury house turned to biodynamics, well before this approach gained popularity. Today, this innovative vision is brilliantly embodied through a dual Organic Agriculture (AB) and Demeter certification, covering its entire 15 hectares of vineyard. The history of the Blanc de Noirs Fleury began in 1955 under the direction of Robert Fleury. This exceptional cuvée is the exclusive fruit of Pinot Noir from the aging vineyards of the Côte des Bar, revealing all the quintessence of this exceptional terroir. The vinification of this cuvée combines tradition and modernity. From the passage in enameled vats to the aging in oak tuns, each step contributes to the complexity of the champagne. Malolactic fermentation completes the whole, rounding out the contours and infusing these characteristic notes. The elegance of this Blanc de Noirs also lies in its precise dosage of 6g/l, making it an Extra Brut that is both refined and delicate. This Blanc de Noirs Fleury is ideal for a festive aperitif or a convivial meal. To appreciate all its splendor, its ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 9°C.
